Courage,

The heart of man is forged in fear; fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of falling short. I thought that men were brave, saving the day and making it look easy, but clearly I was wrong. The strong are those that accept shortcomings are a part of life and don't fear them but embrace them. A winner is someone that has lost a thousand times but carries on anyway, someone that has lost a fortune but gives their last penny to someone who needs it, someone who has had words used against them like a surgeon with a scalpel expertly removing all the self-worth until all that is left is a broken soul; and despite that still has the strength to use their voice to raise people up. That is what a winner looks like. Victory and loss are two halves of the same coin, the bitterest grape makes the sweetest wine. It's ok to lose, failure is fine. It's in the darkest depths where people really shine.
